Preliminary Program Now Ready

The preliminary program has been completed, and can be viewed online using one of the navigation aids described below.  Please note that although the program is preliminary,  the dates and times of the regular sessions will not change.

Navigating the Website

The toolbar at the top of every page has links to three entries into the program:

• The Program Summary, a list of sessions organized by day and time, with links to the session pages.

• The list of Sessions By Topic, which has links to the session pages.

• A Program Participant's Index, listing session chairs and authors of papers and posters in alphabetical order, with links to the sessions where they participate.

Each of these entry points into the program takes you to a session page, which lists the session chair, the titles and authors of papers or posters  to be presented, with links to the online abstracts and extended abstracts (or completed papers) where available.

Abstracts and Titles

Authors of accepted papers and posters may edit their titles and short abstracts online until 1 May 2012.    Please check that the author and coauthor names and affiliations are correct.  All additions or changes recorded before 1 May 2012 will be included in the book of abstracts.

Final Paper Uploading

Final papers should be uploaded to this website by 1 June 2012. 

Meeting Registration

All presenters at the EPC 2012 are expected to be EAPS members and should register for the conference before 1 May 2012.  Click here for registration and general information.
